The placement of an order shall only be considered valid after the transaction of the payment has been made, as indicated on the website or Instagram page. We do not reserve or hold off items, unless the transaction has not been successfully processed.
It takes about 2-3 days to ship out an order and 4-5 working days to deliver it. Kindly note, due to COVID-19 regulations, you may face an additional delay in the delivery of the order. Kindly bear with us.
Kloof shall only accept returns or exchanges on product(s) provided it has not been damaged, soiled, altered, washed or worn. If in any case, either of these signs of wear & tear is seen, Kloof shall deny the refund or exchange of the particular item(s). The cost of returning the products are to be done at the customer's expense.
