Where are you based?


Kloof is based in India. We bring in our products from mainly Europe and occassionally from various countries, depending on wherever Kloof travels to.




What does Kloof mean?


Kloof translates to Gap (noun) in Dutch. Since Kloof had sprouted in Holland, it has a Dutch name. That is why we say, 'Bridging the Gap/Kloof between trends crafted in Europe & You.'




Where can I buy Kloof's products from?


You can either buy it from our website www.kloof.in or from our Instagram page by dropping in a direct message.




Where are you bringing the products from?


Kloof brings in the products from either wholsalers or private boutiques from Europe. If Kloof is travelling, we mainly purchase limited pieces from local boutiques for our Limited Travel Edition Collection. We are quite transparent about being the buyers of the products and do not manufacture the products in any form or manner.




Do we have to pay custom duty?


Absolutely not!




Payment Methods? Do you provide Cash On Delivery?


We accept all transactions made via Paytm, Google Pay or a Bank Transfer, kindly request the details via direct Message (on Instagram) and we shall respond. If you would like to place an order via the website, we have payment gateways that will guide you through. No, unfortunately, we do not provide Cash on Delivery.




Shipping Methods and the time span for delivery?


We provide shipping all over India to your doorstep. No matter where you live. It takes about 2-3 days to ship out the order and 4-5 days to deliver, depending on the destination of the delivery. However, due to COVID-19, orders are taking an added amount of time to deliver. Kindly bear with us.




Where is the size guide/chart?


We refrain from creating a size guide/chart which specifically pertains to Kloof due to the fact that we are not the manufacturers of the products. As we are bringing in our products from various parts of the world, there can be tweaks in sizes. To avoid the confusion, it is best to go for the size you would usually purchase. You can also consult us for guidance. You can drop in a message on the website (contact page) or a direct message (Instagram). If the size does not fit you right, you can always return/exchange, provided it is done within 3 days of the delivery and the item(s) are not damaged, soiled, altered or worn.
