The placement of an order shall only be considered valid after the transaction of the payment has been made. Kloof does not make reservations or hold off items. They shall only be considered as reserved once the transaction has been successfully made.
It takes about 2-3 days to ship out an order and 4-5 or more working days to deliver it (depending on the location). Kindly note, due to COVID-19 regulations, you may face an additional delay in the delivery of the order. Kindly bear with us.
Free shipping is not applicable on orders with discounts; this includes: sales / coupon code / price slashes.
Orders that have been placed cannot be cancelled after the delivery has been processed.
However, a request to return can be made, within 3 days of the delivery. The cost of the return(s) are to be borne by the customers.
Kloof shall only accept requests for returns or exchanges on product(s), which have been made within 3 days of the delivery, provided it has not been damaged, soiled, altered, washed or worn.
If in any case, either of the signs of wear & tear is seen, Kloof shall deny the refund or exchange of any item(s). The cost of the return(s) are to be borne by the customers. Request for return shall also be disapproved if it has been made after 3 days of delivery.
