RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICK-UPS

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

The placement of an order shall only be considered valid after the transaction of the payment has been made. Kloof does not make reservations or hold off items. 

Cash on Delivery orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. 

Request to return or exchanges are accepted provided they are made within 7 days of the delivery & the product(s) has not been damaged, soiled, altered, washed or worn.

Request for return or exchanges shall be disapproved if it has been made after 7 days from delivery.

Upon receiving the item and after close inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer while placing an order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please send us your name, bank details or UPI ID for us to transfer the amount.

Please note: the cost of the return(s) are to be borne by the customers.

It takes about 2-3 days to ship out an order & 4-9 or more working days to deliver it (depending on the location).

 

For 'Pick-Up' related orders, the date & time preferred for the pick-up by the customer has to be mentioned before-hand to arrange for a smoother process. 

 

Please note: orders meant for pick-ups will be held at the location only upto 3 days. In case of failure of pick-up, the order shall be automatically considered as cancelled.

Orders that have been placed cannot be cancelled after the delivery has been processed. However, a request to return can be made, within 7 days of the delivery.

The cost of the return(s) are to be borne by the customers.
